1. Overview
Allorc is an early-stage system designed to operate on your behalf - helping manage communication, tasks, and workflows.
By using Allorc, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What's Included
Allorc gives you an AI system that can communicate, reason, and take action across your work.
It handles conversations, follows up automatically, understands documents, and maintains context across people and workflows - continuously.
The system is designed for ongoing use, supporting high-volume activity without requiring constant input.
A core set of capabilities is available by default. Additional tools and integrations are introduced based on your use case during the pilot.
This allows Allorc to adapt to how you work - rather than forcing you into a fixed set of features.
3. Pilot Stage Notice
Allorc is currently in a pilot / early access phase.
This means:
- Features may change or break
- The system may not always behave as expected
- Security and compliance are still evolving
You should avoid using Allorc for highly sensitive, regulated, or critical operations at this stage.
4. How Allorc Works
Allorc is designed to observe, decide, and take action based on your inputs, permissions, and context.
This may include:
- Communicating with other people
- Creating or updating tasks
- Taking actions across connected systems
Allorc may act autonomously, without requiring approval for every step.
5. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for how Allorc is used.
This includes:
- Reviewing and configuring what Allorc is allowed to do
- Monitoring actions taken on your behalf
- Ensuring usage complies with applicable laws and regulations
You remain responsible for outcomes resulting from actions performed by Allorc on your behalf.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Allorc to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Send spam, phishing, or harmful communications
- Mislead, impersonate, or deceive others
- Distribute malware or attempt to disrupt systems
- Access or interfere with systems without authorization
We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activity under your account
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
8. Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you provide.
You grant Allorc a limited right to:
- Process and store your data
- Use it to provide the service
We do not use your data to train models by default.
9. Service Availability
Allorc is provided on a best-effort basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Perfect or accurate outcomes
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Allorc is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
Total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, in the past 12 months.
11. Changes to the Service
We may:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Update these Terms
Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- The service is misused
You may stop using Allorc at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by applicable laws based on our operating jurisdiction, to be updated as the company structure is finalized.
