Supplemental Terms
Beta & Early Access Terms
Supplemental terms for preview features, pilots, and pre-release access.
Beta & Early Access Terms
These Beta & Early Access Terms apply to preview, pilot, beta, alpha, early access, or similar features made available by Allorc before general release.
Nature of beta features
Beta features may be incomplete, experimental, unstable, or changed without notice. They may have reduced availability, limited documentation, and limited support.
No production reliance expectation
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, beta features are not offered with production-grade commitments, service levels, or stability guarantees.
You should not rely on beta features for high-impact, high-risk, or business-critical workflows.
Feedback
If you provide feedback about a beta feature, you grant Allorc the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
Monitoring and changes
We may monitor use of beta features for performance, quality, abuse prevention, and product development purposes.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue beta features at any time.
Data and output risks
Beta features may produce higher error rates, lower reliability, incomplete logs, or unexpected behavior compared with generally available features.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs and maintaining backups or alternative workflows where appropriate.
Precedence
If these Beta & Early Access Terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these terms control for the relevant beta feature.
