Core Legal
Terms of Service
The core contract for access to and use of the Allorc platform.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Allorc, including related websites, applications, APIs, integrations, and AI-powered services that Allorc makes available.
Scope of these terms
By accessing or using Allorc, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Marketing & Service Communications Policy, and any supplemental policies referenced in them.
If you are using Allorc on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" and "your" mean both you and that organization.
Eligibility and account registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an Allorc account.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.
What Allorc provides
Allorc is an autonomous AI workforce platform. Depending on the plan, features, and permissions you enable, the service may:
- generate text, summaries, replies, tasks, and documents;
- interact with connected email, calendar, storage, and third-party services;
- coordinate workflows and trigger actions based on rules, prompts, and context;
- act with varying degrees of autonomy within the limits you configure.
Allorc may change, improve, limit, or discontinue features over time.
Autonomous actions and user authorization
By using features that allow AI workers to take actions on your behalf, you authorize Allorc to perform those actions within the permissions, automations, and settings you configure.
You remain responsible for:
- configuring permissions and approvals appropriately;
- supervising outputs and downstream actions;
- reviewing content and outcomes before relying on them in important contexts;
- ensuring that your use complies with law, contract, and internal policy.
You must not use Allorc as a substitute for human review where the consequences of error are material.
Sensitive and prohibited use cases
You may not use Allorc for any use prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
Without limiting that policy, you may not use Allorc for:
- life-support, emergency response, or medical triage;
- weapons development or military targeting;
- critical infrastructure control where failure could cause severe harm;
- unlawful surveillance, fraud, harassment, or impersonation;
- making high-impact legal, employment, credit, housing, insurance, or medical decisions without appropriate human review.
Customer content and data rights
You retain your rights in content, data, prompts, files, and materials that you submit to Allorc ("Customer Content").
You grant Allorc a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, analyze, and otherwise use Customer Content as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement, Allorc does not use Customer Content to train third-party foundation models by default.
Subscriptions, billing, and trials
Paid features may require a subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, usage limits, and renewal terms will be presented at purchase or in your account.
If your plan renews automatically, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
We may suspend paid access for non-payment, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or material breach of these Terms.
Beta features
Some features may be marked beta, pilot, early access, preview, or similar. Those features are subject to the Beta & Early Access Terms and may be incomplete, unstable, or changed at any time.
Third-party services and integrations
Allorc may interoperate with third-party services. Your use of those services remains subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for outages, security incidents, feature removals, or API changes caused by third-party providers. Additional rules are described in the Third-Party Integration Terms.
Intellectual property
Allorc and its related software, design, branding, documentation, and service content are owned by Allorc or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your internal business or personal productivity purposes.
You may not:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works of the service except as permitted by law;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or model weights except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- remove proprietary notices;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly authorized.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant Allorc a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation.
Service availability and evolving functionality
Allorc is offered on an evolving basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Automated actions may fail, partially complete, duplicate, or produce unintended results.
Warranties disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the consumer-rights carve-outs below, Allorc is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- breach of any non-excludable statutory right or guarantee;
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Limitation of liability
If you use Allorc in the course of business, then, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Allorc and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business interruption.
If you are a consumer, Allorc is not responsible for losses that:
- were not caused by our breach of these Terms or other legal duty owed to you;
- were not reasonably foreseeable at the time you started using the service;
- arise from your misuse of the service, your failure to supervise AI outputs or actions, or failures of third-party services you chose to connect.
If you use Allorc in the course of business, then, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Allorc's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of:
- the amounts you paid to Allorc for the service during the 12 months before the claim arose; or
- GBP 100 if you have not paid for the service.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects any legal rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you and that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnity
If you use Allorc on behalf of a business, that business will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Allorc from third-party claims arising out of:
- your unlawful or prohibited use of the service;
- your Customer Content;
- your violation of these Terms; or
- your instructions, automations, or workflows that cause harm to a third party.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:
- you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or security compromise;
- continued access could create legal, operational, or safety risk.
You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued before termination.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the updated version and update the effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or seek renewed consent.
Governing law and disputes
If you use Allorc in the course of business, these Terms and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales except that you continue to benefit from any mandatory protections of the laws of the country where you live. You may bring proceedings relating to these Terms in the courts of England and Wales or, where required by applicable law, in the courts of your home country. Where applicable consumer law requires it, we will bring proceedings against you only in the jurisdiction where you reside.
