AI Output & Content Policy

This policy explains how Allorc handles Customer Content and AI-generated output and what review obligations apply before use or reliance.

Customer Content

You are responsible for the prompts, files, data, instructions, and other content that you submit to Allorc.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis necessary to submit that content and to authorize Allorc to process it.

AI-generated output

Allorc may generate output based on model behavior, retrieval, inference, and the context supplied by you or connected systems.

Output may be similar to content generated for other users and may reflect errors, omissions, or ambiguity.

Review before reliance

You must review outputs before:

  • sending them externally in sensitive contexts;
  • relying on them for legal, financial, regulatory, employment, or medical purposes;
  • using them as the basis for commitments, contracts, or material business decisions;
  • publishing them as factual statements without verification.

Ownership and rights expectations

As between you and Allorc, and subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you retain rights in Customer Content. Any rights you may have in AI output depend on the nature of the output, applicable law, and the rights of others.

Allorc does not warrant that output is non-infringing or suitable for any specific legal or commercial purpose.

Prohibited content uses

You may not use Allorc to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or harmful in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Removal and restriction

We may limit, block, or remove content or outputs where necessary to comply with law, protect rights, or reduce abuse, safety, or security risk.
