Account & Identity Policy
This policy sets out the rules for creating, maintaining, and securing an Allorc account.
Accurate information
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating or maintaining an account and must keep that information current.
Age and capacity
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Allorc.
Organizational authority
If you create or administer an account for a company or team, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization.
Credentials and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for restricting access to your account and connected systems.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
Verification and fraud prevention
We may use email verification, access controls, risk checks, or other measures to confirm account ownership and reduce fraud or abuse.
Administrators and managed accounts
If your account is provided or managed by an organization, administrators may have the ability to control access, review settings, or administer connected resources in accordance with that organization's policies.
Suspension and recovery
We may suspend, limit, or recover access where reasonably necessary to address unauthorized access, fraud, security threats, legal issues, or policy violations.
